GYM POLICIES

· A $20 non-refundable registration fee is required annually. This is to be paid with the first month’s tuition. ($5 Discount off for each additional family member.) For all existing students the registration fee will be required every September.

· Payments are due by the first of the month. There is a $5 late fee if tuition is paid after the 10th of the month. If tuition is not received by the 25th and/or your child misses 3 consecutive classes in a row, then your child’s space in the class is open for enrollment to other children.

· There will be no more pro-rating of tuition unless I cancel a class for personal reason. If your child misses a class, a make-up class can always be arranged. Make ups will be allowed if they can be arranged by attendance in a similar class that is not filled to capacity. You must call when mission a class in order to schedule a make-up. Make ups may only be scheduled if you are currently enrolled and current with your tuition payment at Castle Gymnastics and must be made up in the same month as the class missed.

· There will be no refunds for withdrawals

· Class space is limited to a certain number of students to give your child the best and safest class possible. It is important that you call to schedule a make-up class so that the class does not become too full.

· Gymnastics s year-round. I know that there will be times when your child may want to participate in other activities, sports, or vacations and that is totally acceptable to take time off gymnastics. Whenever you are ready for your child to begin attending again, please call to see which classes are available.

· If the public schools are closed due to weather, the gym will be closed as well and a make-up class may be scheduled.

· Absolutely no gum, food or drink (other than water) is allowed in the gym!!

· Hair must be up and off the face at all times. No jewelry except for small earrings is allowed. All students are required is wear clothing that is appropriate for their class.
